    Profile Approval

    Approved consultants join MegaTech's vetted network. Your profile is now visible to our recruitment team when matching against client requirements.

    Job Matching

    When a client role matches your skills and availability, your recruiter sends you the opportunity. You review it and decide whether to accept — no pressure, no quotas.

    Client Interview (if required)

    Some clients want a brief interview before confirming. MegaTech coordinates everything. You never share your contact details directly with the client.

    Contract & Onboarding

  • No. Contracts are flexible — part-time, full-time, or custom hours. Start and end dates are defined per engagement. Open-ended contracts renew automatically unless cancelled.

  • Permanent placements are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact your MegaTech account manager to discuss options.

  • MegaTech manages continuity. If a consultant needs to exit, we provide notice according to contract terms and begin sourcing a replacement immediately.

  • Yes. During the matching phase, consultants see role requirements and tech stack but not your company name. Identity is revealed only when both sides agree to proceed.

  • MegaTech charges employers an hourly rate that includes the consultant's rate plus MegaTech's management margin. There are no hidden fees, placement fees, or success fees.
